What is open enrollment? It's the yearly period when people can enroll in an affordable health insurance plan. If you do not currently have health insurance or want to explore different plan options, the time to do so is November 1, 2025-December 15, 2025. To get started, you can reach out to a Blue Cross agent NC for assistance or request a health insurance quote. The plan will be effective January 1, 2026.
